Route One Apparel® accepts returns for credit, exchange, or refund (excluding shipping and/or processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.routeoneapparel.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date the order is received. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment once goods are received and processed by Route One Apparel®.
