Poor/Complicated Return Policy
Order arrived promptly and quality was great. Don’t ever return items because you will not get your investment returned. By the time you pay all the fees, you would be better off keeping items and giving them to charity!

The bag is a little narrow at the sides and bottom so capacity is a little smaller than I hoped, but still pretty sturdy. Since it’s narrow, you can’t fit anything pretty wide that needs to be laid down in it., but it’s pretty tall. Bag looks great with the MD flag theme and bright colors
