Maryland Full Flag Crab (Navy) / Flag
My first flag sent was defective covered with dirt spots. I tried to return and exchange the item but was presented with a screen to incur a restocking charge for a defective product. I emailed customer support, send a dm to facebook 2 weeks ago and no one ever responded. I did a search on the site for exchange and finally found it. I know you want to save $$$ on phone support but your company must offer some type of customer support. I have purchased many items from your company and this is the first defective item I received but the customer support is non existent
